When the Q-Cup isn’t producing bubbles anymore it means that the SPE membrane has dried out and needs to be reactivated.  To do this you can try the following procedure until the membrane is activated. Once the device is creating bubbles you will see more and more bubbles be created as the membrane is activated more fully.

Membrane Activation Procedure

1.) Make sure the device is fully charged if not you can also plug in the device to run this procedure
2.) Unscrew the waste valve on the bottom of the base unit. When you run this procedure small amounts of wastewater will be produced from the pressure buildup in membrane activation.

3.) Place the base hydrogen generator on the table and unscrew the small lid if it’s on, then add warm water less than 60 degrees Celcius & fill the small chamber with the warm water and screw on the small lid back on to trap in the water.

Caution: Do not use boiling water it will damage the membrane.

4.) Press the power button to generate hydrogen water and wait 6 minutes for the process to complete.
5.) Open the cap and press the power button to see if the hydrogen water generator is generation hydrogen.
6.) If you do not see fine hydrogen bubbles being generated repeat steps 3-5 again. Repeat this process for about 3-5 times.

7.) Once the procedure is complete and you see bubbles being generated, rinse out the small chamber of water, and wipe any wastewater that has been produced. Place the wastewater valve back on and you can start enjoying molecular hydrogen water.

Note: As you use the device more the membrane will become more activated creating better and higher quality hydrogen levels.
