Warranty & Returns:

Micro Research Institute. (“Qlife”) provides warranty to the original purchaser that your Qlife device you purchased shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 1 year (12 months) from the date of delivery of your purchase receipt.

Warranty Applies

IN the event that your Qlife device is defective under normal use and it is under the valid warranty period. Qlife will (1) repair the product using refurbished or new replacement parts at no charge, or (2) exchange the product with a new or refurbished product.

This Limited Warranty is valid only in the jurisdictions where the Qlife products are sold by Qlife official websites or  through Qlife’s authorized reseller or agent. Any replacement parts/products will have a warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer..

Exclusion and Limitations

The limited warranty only applies to products that are original manufactured by Qlife or purchased from Qlife’s official website or authorized Qlife resellers and agents, in which the product has authentic “Qlife” trademark and identification mark.

Limited Warranty does not apply for 1.) Products that are not authentic Qlife products. 2.) Products that are copied or knocked Qlife products. 3.) Original purchase receipt can not be provided by the original buyer. 4.) Lithium batteries. 5.) Products that are misused, damages caused by accidents and nature disasters, products under normal tears and wears, and bad water quality such causing calcium buildups and damage to the devices. 6.) Products that have been modified by non-Qife representatives or agents. 7.) Damages caused by wrong electrical voltage or plugs. The limited warranty is void when product is returned with non-original packaging and accessories, or any alteration or modification on the product(s).

Applying for Warranty

To claim a warranty, please email us at [email protected] with proof of purchase receipt, product serial number, and any pictures or videos of the defective issues. To return a defective product, you must be approved and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from our customer service team.

It is Buyer’s responsibility to package the product with protectives and in its original packaging when shipping back.  Buyers will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the defective product for any warranty claim. IMPLIED WARRANTIES

EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES (INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

LIMITATION OF DAMAGES

EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, QLIFE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE OR DATA, RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF QLIFE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

 

RETURN POLICY

If you purchased a product from our website (www.qlifetoday.com) and are not happy with it, you may return it for a 100% refund within 30 days from the date of your purchase receipt and returns must meet the following conditions:

1.) Product must be unused for hygiene purposes.

2.) Product must be in its original packaging using equal or more packaging protection as when the product was received.

3.) All accessories must be included in new condition and with its original wrapping.

4.) Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

5.) Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, VAT) are not refundable.

Once the items have been received by our team we will inspect the return items. IF there are any damages to the product or missing items, Qlife Hydrogen Solution retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you a restocking fee of 15% of the original price of the product and or the retail value of the missing accessories.

Once qualified Qlife Hydrogen Solutions will issue a refund, less than the shipping cost and any taxes. It can take up to 2 weeks to process your return once we receive the items back.

International orders are subject to duties, customs, and value added taxes which are not reflected in our prices. The recipient will be responsible for paying these charges upon receipt of your order, at full price, including free gifts with purchase, buy one get one free item, and discounted pricing. Check with your local customs office for those charges. Some countries may be assessed an additional handling fee for brokering these payments prior to delivery within that country.

Qlife is not responsible for any customs, duties or import fees (US/GST/VAT) associated with receiving your order. In the event that the customs duties are not paid for and the goods are shipped back, any return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the recipient.
